INGREDIENTS:
- 1 12 oz. OffBeat Midnight Almond Coconut Butter

¼ cup raw honey

1 large egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla

1 cup shredded zucchini squash

1 ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

¼ cup flaxseed meal
-
¼ cup cacao powder
-
½ tsp. baking soda
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add the Midnight Almond Coconut Butter, honey, egg, vanilla and zucchini to a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Spray an 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray. Spread mixture into the pan and bake for 12-15 minutes. Middle will still look a little gooey in the middle. Enjoy!
