  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix milk and chia seeds together and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. (Batter should be thick but not tough.)
  4. Spoon into two inch rounds (slightly flatten if needed) on to parchment lined baking sheets.
  5. Bake 18-22 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy! Store in the fridge.
