INGREDIENTS: 

  • 3 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 serving stevia drops (vanilla)
  • 1/3 cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Mix (Buttermilk)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tbsp OffBeat Salted Caramel Butter
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Spray a mug or bowl with cooking spray and whisk in the almond milk, egg whites, vanilla, and stevia. Add the Kodiak Cakes Mix and cocoa powder. Stir until well combined.
  2. Heat in the microwave for one minute. Top with OffBeat Salted Caramel Butter and chocolate chips. Enjoy!
