Salted Caramel Bites
SALTED CARAMEL BITES

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup OffBeat Salted Caramel Butter or natural almond butter
- 1⁄2 cup raw honey
- 1 serving Clean Simple Eats Simply Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 1⁄2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1⁄4 cup sugar in the raw
- 1 tsp. caramel extract
- Dash coarse sea salt
DIRECTIONS:

Place the Salted Caramel Butter in the microwave for 30 seconds, if needed to soften.

Add the Salted Caramel Butter or almond butter into a bowl with the honey, protein powder and rolled oats. Mix until well combined. If using almond butter instead of the Salted Caramel Butter, stir in the caramel extract and the sea salt.

Using a cookie scoop, scoop into balls. Place the sugar into a bowl and roll each ball in the sugar. Place all of the balls into a container. Cover and store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
