Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites
Makes 20 balls

- 1 cup OffBeat Pumpkin Spice Butter
½ cup raw honey
- 1 serving Clean Simple Eats Pumpkin Pie or Simply Vanilla Protein Powder
1 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 Tbs. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined.
- Using a small cookie scoop, scoop into rounded balls about 30 grams per ball. Place in a container and store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
