- 1 cup Offbeat Foods Lemon Coconut Bliss Butter
- 1/4 c Honey
- 1 scoop CSE Simply Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 1/2 c Oats
- 1 Lemon, zest of
- Stevia to taste
- 3/4 oz. Freeze Dried Raspberries
- 2-4 oz. Water
Place all ingredients except water in mixing bowl. Mix well. Add enough water to form balls with mixture.
Scoop with cookie scoop and store in fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
