INGREDIENTS

2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 serving CSE Simply Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut
- 6 Tbs. Ground Flax Seeds
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Coconut Butter
- 1/2 cup Offbeat Foods Lemon Coconut Bliss Butter
- 1-2 Lemons, zest of
- 1/2 Lemon, juice of
- Dash of Salt
DIRECTIONS

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together.

Bake on cookie sheet 7 minutes. Pull out and stir. Bake for another 10 minutes.
