  • 2 slices Harpers Bran Bread (or other 80 calorie per slice, whole grain bread)
  • 1 Tbs. Almond Mocha OffBeat Butter
  • 2 Tbs. raspberry jam
  1. 1. Heat the panini press or a frying pan to medium heat.

  2. Spread the Almond Mocha Butter and jam on the bread in a single layer, to one side of the bread. Sandwich it together.

  3. Spray the panini press or pan with cooking spray. Add the sandwich and cook until the middle is melty and the bread is golden brown. Enjoy!
