INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup OffBeat Gingerbread Cookie Butter
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 serving Clean Simple Eats Simply Vanilla Protein Powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup turbinado sugar
DIRECTIONS:

Add the Gingerbread Cookie Butter, honey, protein, sea salt and oats together in a bowl. Mix until well combined.

Using a small cookie scoop, scoop into balls. Roll in sugar and store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
