INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup CSE Vanilla Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 Tbs. egg whites
- 1 Tbs. (14g) OffBeat Cinnamon Bun Butter
- 1/4 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbs. zero calorie syrup of choice

Heat griddle to medium heat or 300 degrees.

Combine the CSE Pancake & Waffle Mix, water and egg whites together in a bowl. Spray griddle with cooking spray and pour the pancake batter onto the griddle. Once browned on one side, flip and let cook on the other side.

Spread the nut butter on the warm pancakes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and syrup. Pour over the pancakes. Enjoy!
