  • 1/2 Quinoa, uncooked 

  • 1 cup Water

  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
    Toppings per serving:  


      1. Bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add vanilla, cinnamon, and quinoa to the water. Simmer for 15 minutes. Fluff with a fork.

      2. Take 1/4 cup cooked quinoa add Lemon Coconut Bliss Butter, Greek yogurt and almond milk. Stir in protein powder. Heat up blackberries for 20-30 seconds in the microwave and stir into quinoa. Promptly lick the spoon clean!
