  • 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup OffBeat Aloha Butter
  • 1 cup dates, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Chocolate Drizzle:

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • Coarse sea salt flakes

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a food processor, process oats until a flour-like consistency.

3. Add dates and pulse until combined with oats.

4. Add Aloha Butter, baking soda, and vanilla and pulse until combined. Then, mix until the mixture starts to form a dough-like consistency (this is magic!).

5. With a small cookie scoop, form dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Using a fork, press down on each dough ball to create a criss-cross pattern. Cookies should be about 1/2-inch thick. Bake for 9 minutes.

7. While cookies are baking, melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Drizzle chocolate over cooled cookies and sprinkle with sea salt.

8. Once the chocolate has set, store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy!
