INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz Shrimp, small cooked, peeled, tails off

  • 3 cups Rice, cooked 

  • 1 Onion, diced 

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 1/2 cup Matchstick Carrots

  • 1/2 cup Peas

  • 1/2 cup Corn

  • 1/2 cup Green Onions

  • 1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil 

  • Dash Chile & Lime Seasoning

    Sauce: 

      DIRECTIONS

      1. Make sauce.
      2. Saute onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
      3. Add carrots, peas and corn. Saute 3-5 minutes.
      4. Add rice, shrimp, green onions and sauce. Sir until warm.
      5. Add dash of Chile Lime seasoning to top of each serving.
