Aloha Banana Pancakes

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Flapjack & Waffle Mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbs. OffBeat Aloha Butter
  • 75g banana, sliced

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Heat griddle to medium heat.
  2. Place water and Kodiak Cakes together in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Spray griddle with cooking spray. Using 1/4 measuring cup, pour batter slowly onto the griddle. Once small bubbles form on top of the panckes, flip and cook on the other side. 
  4. Top the pancakes with Aloha butter and banana. Enjoy!
