INGREDIENTS: 

  • 2 1/2 cup Chex cereal (corn or rice)
  • 2 1/2 cup Golden Graham cereal
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup Mini M&M’s
  • 1/4 cup cashews (optional)
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup OffBeat Aloha Butter
  • 1/4 cup butter

DIRECTIONS: 

  1. Combine cereals, coconut, candies and nuts in a bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, bring the corn syrup, sugar, nut butter and butter to a boil.
  3. Pour over cereal mixture, stir until combined, pour out onto wax paper to set for at least 30 mins. Double the recipe for a larger crowd. Enjoy!
