INGREDIENTS:
- 2 slices Harper’s Bran Bread (or other 80 calorie per slice, whole grain bread)
- 1 Tbs. OffBeat Almond Mocha Butter (or Midnight Almond Coconut)
- 1 Tbs. raw honey
- 50g banana slices
DIRECTIONS:

Heat the panini press or a frying pan to medium heat.

Spread the Almond Mocha Butter and honey on the bread. Add the sliced banana, in a single layer, to one side of the bread. Sandwich it together.

Spray the panini press or pan with cooking spray. Add the sandwich and cook until the middle is melty and the bread is golden brown.
